The Bell Building has been evacuated due to a nitrogen release on the 4th floor. Charleston Fire is on scene assessing. Currently St. Philip is closed to vehicular traffic between Vanderhorst and Calhoun. We are allowing entry and exit from PG Garage from Vanderhorst. The area should be avoided until further notice. Unknown time frame at this time.
