The College of Charleston Emergency Management Team continues to monitor the track of Tropical Storm Isaias. A tropical storm warning is in effect for Charleston and surrounding counties, with tropical storm force winds (39 – 73 mph), significant rainfall, storm surge and coastal flooding possible for the Charleston area beginning Monday afternoon and into Monday night.
