The College of Charleston’s Department of Public Safety is assisting the Charleston Police Department in attempting to locate a CofC student who was reported missing on November 1, 2025.
Owen Kenney was last seen on Friday, October 31, 2025 at approximately 2:00 a.m. in the area of King Street and Burns Lane. He was last seen wearing a green and white Boston Celtics Halloween costume.
Owen is described as a white male, 6’1” in height and 155 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
